The one-of-a-kind package for two includes two first class tickets from anywhere Virgin America flies plus VIP car service from Seattle to Vancouver. Once they arrive in Vancouver, the winner and their guest will spend an entire day on the set of Breaking Dawn with the movie's stars, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
Meeting Robert Pattinson and contributing to a great cause, its a Twilight fan's dream come true. There's just one problem, its going to cost you if you want to win. As of this morning, there were 58 bids on the trip and the current price is already up to $8600. By the time the auction ends on September 17, the price will likely be tens of thousands of dollars.
Some savvy fans have also noticed that the fine print for the contest states, "The experience will take place between February 1, 2011, and the end of March 2011, when the crew is filming on the Vancouver set." Until now, there had been no definitive time for when the Vancouver portion of filming would take place (other than it would be after filming in Baton Rouge, which is expected to start on November 1). So, worst case scenario, you can still you can still book your own flight to Vancouver and stalk the set the old-fashioned way.
