We love Tuesdays. Why, you ask? Because the day brings many travel tips and quips as "Travel Tuesday" on Twitter, and we're going to share our favorite with you. Got an avid travel twitterer we should follow? Let us know.
We love it when entire airports get into the Twitter game and keep travelers up to date on the latest weather delays, events and fare sales, but we especially enjoy it when they are obviously proud of themselves. Todays his airport boast comes from Boston-Logan Airport, on Twitter Southwest:
Southwest Airlines begins BOS -- Phoenix service today. PHX is their 6th destination from Boston Logan, now with 26 daily departures!
We can only imagine that first flight from Boston to Phoenix. What a difference in climates, accents, musical preferences and—not to forget—time zones. But then Southwest will of course bring the two cities together with the new route plus a tinge of southern hospitality.
