Jetblue's $699 All-You-Can-Jet Pass Sells Out (Updated)
[Update at 3pm] Jetblue has just announced on their Twitter that all AYCJ passes are now sold out.
It was only a couple days ago that we awoke to the awesome news that Jetblue was bringing back last year's popular All-You-Can-Jet Pass for a second round, and today the dawn brought with the announcement that the $699 AYCJ-7 pass has already sold out.
We can't exactly recall how long it took Jetblue to sell through their one-level, $599 AYCJ passes last year, but it sure wasn't less than two days. This just goes to show that people out there are totally into signing themselves up for marathon travel when the price is right. It also probably helps that those who blazed the AYCJ trail last year so thoroughly enjoyed their plane-hopping that their positive tweets, Facebooks and blogs sell this year's passes better than any campaign.
For those still deciding whether or not to spring for an All-You-Can-Jet Pass, Jetblue still has available the cheaper $499 AYCJ-5, which allows you all the same route network benefits of the AYCJ pass, but without the ability to fly on Fridays or Sundays. For the AYCJ-5, you'll also get 3,000 TrueBlue points and all the stickers, pins and T-shirts you pick up at Jetblue gates during your travels. **See update above for the up-to-the minute information on this.
