· Where's Camp:
Since the Cowboys are America’s team they go on a little bit of a roadtrip to ensure that plenty of the country can witness them warm up for the 2010 season. They started things off in San Antonio, but they’ve moved to Oxnard, California for the last few weeks of August. The team has done the California thing for decades, as they realized long ago that the weather near the California coast sure beats relentless practice drills in the Texas heat.
· What's it Cost:
Just like all of the other training camps we’ve talked about things are totally free. There’s obviously going to be plenty of junk for sale, so bring some cash for that. The training camp is actually sponsored by Ford, so maybe they’ll actually be some free swag that you can bring back home.
· What Else:
There seems to be little celebrity drama following the team this year, as Tony Romo has been maintaining a low profile after public relationships with both Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood. He seems to be somewhat focused on football first, but apparently still has an eye for the ladies. There’s something going on with Candice Crawford—sister of Chace—but no wedding plans just yet.
