Ben & Jerry's Starts Scooping at Terminal 5 at JFK Airport
Everyone knows that New York City was baking in the summer sun earlier this week, and with the end of summer still far away there’s plenty of time to see triple digit temperatures again. One way to beat the heat is to head out of town, and if you’re doing so with the help of JetBlue, there’s now a great way to cool down at Terminal 5 at JFK.
Ben and Jerry's has installed one of their scoop shops to the terminal, and passengers will now be able to overindulge on Chubby Hubby and Cherry Garcia before heading out of the city. Just make sure to not overdo it, as we want you to leave room in case you're tempted to take those new JetBlue snack boxes for a test drive.
The frozen flavors will be available across from Gate 24, so with a little planning a pre-flight sundae shouldn’t be too difficult to obtain. We apologize to Jamba Juice in advance, but it will be difficult for us to choose a smoothie over a milkshake as our pre-departure beverage. We’d also like to apologize to our bathroom scale.
