Pink's started out as a food cart in 1939 and moved into its Hollywood digs in 1946, where it's been ever since. Other Pink's locations have popped up in O.C.'s Knott's Berry Farm, Universal City's Universal CityWalk, Vegas' Planet Hollywood and L.A.'s Greek Theatre.
The hot dog shack is known for its celebrity clientele; fans Martha Stewart and Rosie O'Donnell even have dogs named after them. The Martha Stewart Dog is a 10-incher with relish, onions, bacon, chopped tomatoes, sauerkraut and sour cream, while Rosie's Long Island Dog (she's an L.I. native) is a 10-inch dog topped with mustard, onions, chili and kraut. In fact, the LAX Pink's just may be the best new place to do some stargazing while at the airport.
