Get ready to chow down in Palm Springs. More than 100 eateries will take part in Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Week from June 4 to 13.

Restaurants all over Coachella Valley, from Palm Springs to Indio, will offer special discounted prix fixe menus to diners. All you have to do is show up to the restaurant of your choice and bring an appetite. Though if you have your heart set on dining at certain spots, be sure to make a reservation, since last year 25,000 people ate out during the 10-day event.

For Chinese food, try Wang's in the Desert, whose Restaurant Week menu will include walnut shrimp, battered shrimp that's quick-fried and tossed in a creamy mayonnaise-honey mustard sauce witch candied walnuts. Italian eatery Ristorante Tuscany will offer oven-roasted semolina-crusted salmon with tomato marmelada, spinach, arugula and lemon-goat cheese sauce. If you crave French eats, visit Cuistot, which will have roasted rack of lamb on the menu.

Restaurants will have either $24 or $36 prix fixe menus; both prices do not include drinks, taxes or gratuity. Either one you choose, you'll receive a three-course meal.

If you plan on coming out for the food, hotels will offer special Restaurant Week rates, which you can check out here.
