Virgin Atlantic's iPhone and iPad App Will Help Eliminate Jet Lag
This morning, two new iPhone Travel Apps hit the Apple App store on iTunes, andsurprisethey're both from Virgin Atlantic.
>The first, with screenshots above, is definitely the cooler one. It's "Jet Lag Fighter" and at $1.99, it's cheaper than two other similar apps, yet styled better. In conjunction with the advice of Dr. Chris Idzikowski, the Virgin Atlantic Jet Lag Fighter app allows you to tell your phone your flight details and let it figure out, via either sleep adjustment or light adjustment, how best to get through the jet lag. And it's iPad-compatible.
The second app is far more predictable, but at least it's free. The Virgin Atlantic FlightTracker uses slick graphics and flight information to allow you to watch the progress of VA flights around the globe. It even displays the nicknames of the flights"Miss Behavin" is VS011 from London to Bostonand will send you push notifications about flight arrival times, which sounds perfect if you're waiting to pick up a Virgin Atlantic passenger from the airport.
