Where to Grab a New Orleans Po' Boy with Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman

Bruce Willis is doing what he does best this week in New Orleans; he's going after bad guys. Bruce is in NOLA filming the big screen adaptation of DC Comics' Red. The story revolves around a retired black-ops CIA agent (Willis) who must fight for his life when a more high-tech assassin attempt to take him out.

Willis and his costars, Morgan Freeman, Helen Mirren, Mary-Louise Parker and John Malkovich, have been shooting in Toronto for several weeks but are wrapping things up in New Orleans. Today, they are filming at St. Vincents Guest House at 1507 Magazine Street.

Today, Bruce and company can head down the street to Magazine Poboy and Sandwich Shop, 2368 Magazine St, after filming from some traditional New Orleans grub. The cash-only sandwich shop is best known for their po' boys, which are basically just subs loaded with meat or fried seafood and sauce on Louisiana french bread. They're cheap too! Most po' boys at Magazine's Sandwich Shop run around $8.

You can probably stalk Willis and cast by looking for the area of New Orleans staged to look like it's winter. They are apparently filming Red with this season in mind, but it's currently sunny and in the high 60s today, so just pack a light jacket.

Next week, they move to North Peters and Bienville Streets where they'll shoot one final action scene.
