Chase Jennifer Aniston by Following the Path of 'The Bounty Hunter'

Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler are getting cozy on the big screen in The Bounty Hunter, which opens nationwide today. Gerry and Jen filmed the movie in and around New York City last summer but instead using the typical midtown Manhattan locales, much of the movie was shot outside of the city, in Brooklyn or in the Bronx.

In the film, Gerard plays a bounty hunter hired to bring in his ex-wife, a reporter played by Jennifer Aniston. The action-packed chase scenes are the ones that drew Aniston the script. "It has a fun road-chase aspect. It's a fun action/comedy. It's not a traditional romantic comedy," she recently explained.

Its that same aspect of the movie that allowed the most unlikely locations to shine. Like the Belmont Race Track in Elmont, NY. The park is located about an hour outside of NYC and is still popular with those who like to bet on the horses. The biggest annual draw is the Belmont Stakes which will be held on Saturday, June 5. Reserved seating for the event are now on sale, to order, call 1-800-814-7846.

Gerry and Jen have been rumored to be dating off screen too, even though they both adamantly deny it. While shooting the movie, they not only spent most days together on set, they were spotted out together at night several times. Back in August, they hung out at The Jane Hotel in NYC where onlookers said they were holding hands.

The Jane is known for having tiny rooms but they come at tiny prices too, a rarity in Manhattan. Rates can start as low as $99 a night, but for that price you're sacrificing a en suite bathroom and leg room. For a little more you can rent one of their Captain's Cabins which are about 250 sq. ft including a private bathroom. Reservations can be made online.

Better Than Average Romantic Comedy

The Bounty Hunter was better than I expected it to be. It was a chick flick-- but it was cute. It was definitely different and following the men&women chick flick style from The Blind Side. It actually had some action so it was also similar to Mr. and Mrs. Smith in some scenes which was refreshing, but it also had really CHEESY chick flick scenes especially with cheesy chick flick music. However, it's perfect for girls and a very nice film for a Friday night out with the girls or etc. Jennifer Aniston surprisingly was wonderful in my opinion in this film (as much depth as a screenplay allows in this type of film) while Gerard Butler was Gerard Butler. He wasn't as drop dead gorgeous as he was in The Ugly Truth, but good enough with hilarious moments. Definitely a romantic-comedy not to be missed for Jennifer Aniston or Gerard Butler fans. Amazing chemistry between these two. Comment by http://cineload.net
