How To Get Tickets To Next Year's Super Bowl XLV

February 9, 2010 at 9:30 AM | by | Comments (0)

Somehow the Super Bowl is already over, but that just means it’s time to start thinking about next season. Every team has an equal shot to win it all—even the Detroit Lions—but actually getting to the big game is pretty tricky. The NFL really doesn’t sell Super Bowl tickets to the general public, so you have to play a little bit of a game to score some seats.

Now through June 1, the NFL is running a lottery for the opportunity to purchase tickets to Super Bowl XLV at Cowboys Stadium on February 6, 2011. Unfortunately it’s not as simple as just heading to their website or following them on Twitteryou actually have to go to the post office. To enter the random drawing, just send a certified or registered letter to the address after the jump.

If you somehow get selected, you’ll be allowed to purchase only two tickets—so don’t go inviting all your friends. Make sure not to get all over eager and send in like 20 letters to the NFL, because more than one submission from the same address will get you kicked out of the contest. We’re thinking about sending in our request this week, and we’ll let you know if we ever hear anything. Regardless of the 2011 teams, the big game at Cowboys Stadium looks just too awesome to miss.
