Virgin America's 'Fly Girls' TV Show Debuts on March 24

Last night, in between watching Tyra Banks scarf down sliders and hunky fashion photographer Nigel Barker flash his 1,000-watt smile, we caught up with the stars of the CW's upcoming new series: "Fly Girls." These girls aren't you typical Hollywood actresses; they're Virgin America flight attendants who lived their work-hard, play-hard days in front of the cameras during the filming of the show.

Down in the sleek cavern of a club that is Simyone in New York City's Meatpacking District, they joined other CW stars for a premiere party—think the likes of Tyra, Nigel and Jay Manuel of America's Next Top Model. Of course they are excited for everyone to tune in and watch their adventures in the sky and on the ground, but we also discovered the premiere date: March 24 at 9:30pm EST. And you know we'll be watching and recapping every episode here for you!

As they get psyched for the TV-watching public to see how sexy and innovative an airline can be, Virgin America is trying to get couch potatoes to follow them from the CW to the skies with "Fly Girls" sale fares.

Tickets must be purchased by March 1, 2010 and travel must occur between March 10-June 20, 2010 for sale fares like $49 between San Francisco and Las Vegas and $119 between New York and Los Angeles...and don't forget that all Virgin America flights are equipped with in-flight WiFi! was definitely my FA the other month when i upgraded to first class! i had a feeling back then that she would be on the show, she's so camera-ready. but there weren't any cameras on the flight.
