Make a Reservation to See Anthony Bourdain Live

November 16, 2010 at 1:15 PM | by | ()

Globetrotting Anthony Bourdain is on the road, but it's not for his travel show No Reservations. Instead, the chef, host and author is on tour, making rare live appearances to give the back story on all of his adventures.

On the "Bourdain Live" tour, the executive chef of the Brasserie Les Halles restaurants and Kitchen Confidential author will also talk about his culinary adventures, like eating a warthog sliced from a rusty knife in Namibia.

During previous stops, the notoriously blunt punk rock chef made fun of Food Network personalities like Guy Fieri; professed the awesomeness of Gail Simmons; and shared travel tips, including how to make the most of a vacation: Be polite, dress appropriately, make an effort and don’t eat in the hotel. The audience will also get a chance to quiz him, so prep your questions about his newest book, Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook and find out what that eyeball from the bloody seal carcass tasted like.

The tour started in September, but it goes on through February, so you have plenty of time to catch Bourdain. He's making his way through the Midwest and East Coast. Tickets range from $39.50 to $85 and are available online.

Bourdain has nothing on Chef Ramsey

Seriously... Bourdain needs to grow a pair and man up like my bro Ramsey!!! Hells Kitchen forever :D

Ramsay Love

Ramsay, now that's a guy who should go on tour. Bourdain may be blunt, but Ramsay is in a whole different category. He would make for an entertaining show.
