During previous stops, the notoriously blunt punk rock chef made fun of Food Network personalities like Guy Fieri; professed the awesomeness of Gail Simmons; and shared travel tips, including how to make the most of a vacation: Be polite, dress appropriately, make an effort and don’t eat in the hotel. The audience will also get a chance to quiz him, so prep your questions about his newest book, Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook and find out what that eyeball from the bloody seal carcass tasted like.
The tour started in September, but it goes on through February, so you have plenty of time to catch Bourdain. He's making his way through the Midwest and East Coast. Tickets range from $39.50 to $85 and are available online.
