Anyone who's ever tried to take the perfect souvenir photograph knows how ridiculously hard it is to get the parrot to stay still or your child to smile or the sun to shine on just the right part of the mountain behind you. Thus, you can bet that there's a slew of really awful images leading up to that perfect one, and thankfully, someone is interested in rewarding you for those unflattering attempts. Submit a photo to Virgin America's Awkward Family Vacation Contest
Just by submitting a photo (yes, it has to be of your family), you receive a code for "an awkward" 33.3% off a family booking of 3-6 people on one of Virgin America's Orlando routes. If it's really, really bad, you could win four roundtrip tickets to anywhere Virgin America flies. The idea is hopefully then you'll have learned your lesson, and better photos can be taken in your free vacation destination.
In addition, if you're a Californian who submits a horrible photo, your family could be the one chosen to go on the inaugural Orlando flight on October 13. The contest ends tomorrow, October 5, so hurry up and get your albums out and uploaded! Do it here.
