Kate was spotted filming outside of the Jamie Hayes Gallery, 621 Chartres Street, on Wednesday and was caught getting some exercise on a bike yesterday. Earthbound is a comedy that doesn't sound very funny at all. It's about a woman who finds out she has cancer but when she meets Mr. Right she finds the threat of falling in love is scarier than death. Today, Earthbound is scheduled to shoot in Kenner, LA, just outside of the city.
Nicolas Cage is also in NOLA this week filming The Hungry Rabbit Jumps with Mad Men's January Jones. The movie's an intense thriller about a man who enlists the help of a vigilante group after his wife is assaulted. So far, Cage has been spotted filming near the Saint's home, the Superdome, and hanging out in the French Quarter, which probably brought back some tough memories for the actor. Cage once owned The Lalaurie House in the Quarter, believed to be one of the most haunted homes in America, but lost the property last year to foreclosure, guess celebs aren't immune to the bad economy either.
