As we reported last week, Spirit Airlines was giving away enough loyalty miles for a free flight to anyone who donates $5 to Haiti by Jan. 17. But, Spirit isn't the only airline getting involved in the relief efforts. Here's a look at a few other airlines and what they're doing to help:

· American Airlines: American is giving customers a chance to earn 250 bonus miles when they donate at least $50, or 500 bonus miles for a donation of $100 or more to the American Red Cross through Feb. 28, 2010. The airline, in conjunction with American Eagle, is also sending three flights to Haiti filled with 30,000 pounds of relief supplies, food and water.

· Continental Airlines: Continental has a program for OnePass members in which they can donate their miles to relief groups, including the Red Cross.

More airlines, after the jump

· Delta Air Lines: Via their SkyWish Charities page, Delta's frequent fliers can donate miles to the American Red Cross for its transportation needs.

· JetBlue: Jetblue doesn't fly to haiti but they are bringing relief workers to the Dominican Republic. The airline is also working with the American Red Cross and encouraging others to donate to the organization as well.

· Southwest Airlines: Southwest is encouraging their employees and customers to donate to the Red Cross.

· United Airlines: United is urging their customers to donate miles to the American Red Cross for workers who need to get to Haiti. In addition, they have filled 30 flights with water, food and other supplies to Port-au-Prince. They are also bringing Haitian orphans back to the U.S. on their return flights. The airline has even pledged to match up to $50,000 in donations made by its employees to the American Red Cross.

· US Airways: Through their Miles of Hope program, customers can donate miles to the Red Cross.

· Virgin: Virgin Atlantic is flying medical personnel, agencies, rescue teams and supplies to nearby locations like Miami, Orlando and Jamaica where they get connecting flights to Haiti. They are also welcoming donations for various charities through their Haiti Earthquake fundraiser page.

Not an airline, but a hotel chain.

Marriott posted on the insider blog they donated $50,000 to the relief efforts- no points required. It's funny how they go out of their way to say they don't have a hotel in Haiti, but good to hear they did something without prompt and with looking to pass the buck on to their customers.

make that 500,000
