Designed by artist Laurent Grasso, the Nomiya restaurant will open for one year on the roof of the Palais de Tokyo. The glass cube construction makes for optimal views of the city, giving an entirely new meaning to the notion of rooftop dining. The goal was to manufacture the feeling of 'floating,' Grasso explained.
A slew of pictures on the Daily Icon reveals on the first dinner parties up top, and judging from the fact it looks AMAZING, we are predicting this to be an even hotter ticket than the Hotel Everland room.
Foodies take note: Nomiya is open for business. Dinner is 80 Euro and reservations open 30 days out, and can be booked via their website. A full review of the meal and experience is at David Lebovitz's website, for those who can't make it to the City of Lights anytime soon. Good luck and let us know if you get in; we'd love to hear the story of the meal!
