Folgers' Coffee Contest Wants To Send You On A Holiday Vacation

Got your ticket for Thanksgiving (American or Canadian varieties) yet? Making holiday plans with your folks? What are you doing on New Year's, New Year's Eve? The last six weeks of the year may be the most wonderful time, but the risks of it going all "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" are many.
That's why as much as we enjoy playing the naysayer, we love Folgers' new "Home For The Holidays" Contest starting September 30. The coffee company is giving five lucky travelers seven-day trips within the lower 48 for themselves and three other guests in Decemberflight, hotel, rental car and $1,000 pocket money to spoil the ones you love. All you have to enter is go to Folgers.com next week and whip up your entry on "the best part of wakin’ up at home during the holidays" by November 7th. Then pack your bags and your presents!
A free trip can sure take the sting out of having to endure Aunt Marge's questions over why you haven't procreated yet. Everyone likes to be home (or away) at the same time, which is how airlines justify ridiculous ticket prices and even crazier change fees. But sorry to our international readers and young'unsthe contest is only open to US residents over 18.
