NYC's High Line Becomes The City's Own Personal Runway

Summer might officially be over, that doesn't mean that you can abandon a nice outdoor walk and sit back in front of the TV for the NFL seasons. As this photo from Flickr user ultraclay demonstrates, people are still out enjoying the sunshine and fresh (albeit a bit crisp) air on New York's newest tourist attraction: The High Line.

Although it opened back in early June, and we were there on opening day, the High Line has gotten progressively more popular as visitors and locals alike attempt to find alternatives to visiting the Met Museum or walking over the Brooklyn Bridge on a free day. We completely understand. New York might be one of the world's largest cities, and called "the city that never sleeps," but even the most enthusiastic fans of the Big Apple need something fresh to hold their interest. And we believe we've found it—for the next few years at least—in the High Line.
