The sandwich menu starts with Hot Links at $5.95 and goes to Tri-Tip at $8.95. There's a sides menu of yams, beans, and something called cobblers. Both the website and various internet reviews strongly advise leaving room for the heaping side helpings, which offset sandwiches exactly the way they're supposed to.
Individual ribs can be bought for $2.25 for the St. Louis ribs and $2.50 for the Baby Back. If you buy 6 or more of either you get a 25 cent discount per piece. That's more than enough incentive for us.
