Finalizing the slots required to support our charter program at Newark has taken longer than expected and we have decided to suspend our operations in order to refocus on different markets. We still strongly believe that there is an unmet need for affordable air service to secondary markets and we look forward to offering this option again in the near future.
Oh, pish posh! JetAmerica is so not happening again. since who would buy tickets on it now? Who would trust John Weikle (formerly of SkyBusremember that debacle?) again and what city would welcome them after all the money the caused the Toledo Port Authority to pay in advertising for an airline that never flew? A lesson to all wannabe airline tycoons: don't talk the talk before you can walk the walk (or fly the skies).
