Chili Dogs And Long Flights: LAX To Get Pink's Hot Dogs

The need for in-flight Tums just increased dramatically. Although they are already building a new outpost in Vegas, the famous Pink’s Hot Dogs is now coming to LAX airport. Let’s just hope the long lines don’t prevent travelers from boarding their planes on time.

This wiener palace will be situated within the airport’s Tom Bradley International Terminal, so you’ll need to leave the country to get one of their hot dogs for your carry-on snack. The place should open by the end of the year, and they’ll be offering up 11 of their 21 famous creations. We’re pretty sure that their chili dogs will be one of the different varieties—in-flight curious smells warning!

For now you can find them at their original location at the corner of Melrose and La Brea Avenues in Los Angeles. Just look for the line that snakes around the building, and be prepared to wait for a bit.

    so what?

    As pathetic as this is, I am kind of a hot dog connoisseur. Wherever I travel I am searching for the hottest hot dog place in town. And honestly, of all the places that I've visited, Pink's disappointed me the most. I thought after visiting, "maybe it's about the atmosphere...because those dogs sucked," but then realized...what atmosphere?!?!?!? So, I guess I just don't get it. Woo-hoo! Pink's@LAX (not).

    i would love pink's

    at LAX so long as there isnt a really long line to get a hot dog. also, it might be something i would hit up after a long flight. i dunno abt eating something that gooey, greasy, potentially (ok, definitely!) gas-inducing before a long flight.

    Pinks is *BEFORE* airport security, upper level

    You don't need to be flying an international flight out of Bradley... This Pinks is BEFORE security in the upper level food court of the Tom Bradley terminal. 5 min stroll from American T4 and T3 Alaska/Virgin America. 10-15 mins from other terminals... You guys can walk right?
