Already, since both Virgin America and AirTran have kitted out their whole fleet, you know it's a guaranteed amenity, but on other airlines you've either got to do your research or keep your fingers crossed. US Airways however, will show customers if Wi-Fi is available on a specific flight "when booking on the US Airways website, by looking for the Wi-Fi icon."
Since Gogo has a set pricing structure, ranging from $5.95 for red eyes and smartphone access up to $12.95 for a 24-hour period if you're taking more than one flight that day, we can expect US Airways to be just as affordable as the rest of 'em. Now if only Jetblue would get a move-on with updating and expanding their in-flight WiFi...
