Grass-Fed Burger-Mobile Joins NYC's Food Truck Madness

How hungry are NYC eaters for high-end food trucks? The latest mobile restaurant to hit the streets has attracted nearly 500 twitter followers—and it hasn't even served a single meal yet!
So we're gonna go out on a limb and say that the La Cense Burger Truck will be a hit with the Manhattan lunch crowd. As you can probably guess from the fancy francophone name, La Cense won't be dishing any freezer patties. No, they've got fresh 6-ounce burgers made from Montana-raised, 100-percent grass-fed Black Angus beef. Burgers are served on sesame buns, topped with caramelized onions, and cooked however you like 'em (no "we don’t do rare" here).
La Cense will be rolling through Midtown starting this weekend—find out where via their twitter page.
