Built in 1990 (or far too late for Hugh Jackman's Drover to be kicked out of it), the Park Hyatt is located in the colonial Rocks district of the city on a quay jutting out into the harbor. The triangular pool looks more like the whim of a Hollywood mogul with money to burn than an intentional recreation area, but hey, they have a fitness center for that.
The swoonworthy views will help you forget the size, which actually acts as a deterrent to keep many guests from venturing up there for longer than a look-see. Just don't splash, or there won't be anything left for a dip.
