Jo Cat's Pub, 1311 E Brady St, is an 80's throwback that accepts cash only and plays an assortment of Bon Jovi hits on the weekend.
Bryant’s Cocktail Lounge, 1579 S. 9th Street, features a Velvet Lounge upstairs for "couples and large groups" with "velvet walls, comfortable captain’s chairs and all the same delicious drinks found at the downstairs Bryant’s lounge."
Club Brady, 1339 E Brady St, is a typical low-key corner college bar.
Wolski’s Tavern, 1836 N. Pulaski St, is one of Milwaukee's most popular bars made obvious by the disproportionate number of cars on the road with "I Closed Wolski's" bumper stickers. And just in case a bumper sticker is too classy, Wolski's also sells glow in the dark panties with the Wolski's logo and "Wish You Were Here" emblazoned across the back.
