The end of the 08-09 television season is quickly approaching but the biggest annual celebration of small screen gems is just getting started. PaleyFest 09 brings together the cast and crews from 14 of television’s most popular shows for two weeks of panel discussions and exclusive screenings, all of which are open to the public.

The Paley Center for Media’s annual festival begins on April 10th with the FX sitcom “It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia”, and ends April 24th with CBS' “Swingtown”. All screenings will take place at the Arclight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, and all after parties (including a special closing night “Swingtown” soiree) will take place at The Paley Center.

Other panels include “90210” (with special guest Tori Spelling), “Desperate Housewives”, “True Blood”, “Dr, Horrible’s Sing-Along-Blog”, “Dollhouse”, “Big Bang Theory”, “The Mentalist”, “Pushing Daisies”, “Battlestar Gallactica”, “The Hills”, “Big Love”, and “Fringe.” General public tickets are still available for several screenings and begin at $60.

If you’re hoping to catch a glimpse of even more celebs after the scheduled panels, make a reservation at The Ivy. Located near The Paley Center, the restaurant is the place for celebs to go to be seen, especially those looking to get some face time with the paparazzi. The Ivy is located at 113 N. Robertson Boulevard, Los Angeles and most meals carry an only-in-L.A price tag so make sure you’re packing a credit card with a very high limit before stepping inside.
