1. Allegiant's $15 LAX Airfare Sale: Allegiant is celebrating its new service to Los Angeles by offering $15 fares to smaller cities like Missoula, Montana; Monterey, Calif; Bellingham, Wash. and Des Moines. Seriously, $15!
Restrictions: You must book by 6pm PST TODAY. Travel is valid May through September. Does not include taxes and fees.
2. Southwest's Summer On Sale: When you're done visiting the Hollywood sites you can head up to Oakland and the Bay Area for a little more "normalcy." Southwest flights are now just $98. Other destinations are on sale as well.
Restrictions: Travel is valid from April 14 through August 13 but no on Fridays or Sundays. (Thanks, Southwest!) Book by April 20 at 11:59pm PST. Does not include taxes and fees.
3. Last-Minute Trip in America on American: There are some sweet deals if you need to get away next weekend. Like LA to Newark, NJ for $118 one-way. Or New York (LaGuardia) to Dallas for $114 one-way. Even cheaper? Kansas City to Dallas for just $54, again that's just one-way.
Restrictions: You must depart at 7:00 p.m. or later Friday, April 24, 2009, or anytime on Saturday. You must return the following Monday or Tuesday. Friday flights may not be available in every market. Does not include taxes and fees.
4. Upper Class Travel on Virgin Atlantic: Flying the Upper Class on Virgin Atlantic is much cheaper if you can take advantage of this sale. Various US Cities are on sale like New York/Newark to London Heathrow from $1,061 one-way. Otherwise, you can fly economy and it's only $156 each way from April 17 to May 24. That fare is also available Sep 03, 2009 - Oct 21, 2009 and Dec 21, 2009 - Dec 23, 2009.
Restrictions: You need a seven day advance purchase. A minimum stay of Saturday night is required, tickets are not refundable and these fares do not include taxes and fees.
5. Continental Wants You To Go to Europe: The airlines new summer in Europe sale can fly you from Newark to Paris for $311 each way (eh) or to Belfast for $186 each way (ooo!). Not so wallet-friendly? New Orleans to Rome for $499 each way. That will definitely keep you from visiting Europe this summer.
Restrictions: You must purchase your round-trip ticket by April 30, 2009. The tickets are good from May 16 to September 12. Tickets require 14-day advance purchase and Saturday night stay. And of course, does not include taxes and fees.
