On the tour are frequent guest stars like the New York Palace Hotel, Constance Billard School for Girls/St. Jude School for Boys, Henri Bendel and random places like "Eleanor Waldorf’s shop in the meatpacking district where Jenny got caught stealing a jacket from the window" and where Dan and Serena had their second date.
We're not gonna lie, this could be a fun tour. But the only thing is you have to ride a bus which is just so touristy. Maybe they could throw in a table at 1OAK and let the underage teens on the tour imbibe illegally for a few hours. That would really up the cool quotient. (Kidding, we don't advocate underage drinking at all unless it's on "Gossip Girl.")
The tour is $40 per person and runs on Fridays and Sundays at noon with departure from the Palace Hotel 51st and Madison. Kids, make sure you have a note from your folks for that Friday tour. We wouldn't want you playing hooky from summer school on account of Gossip Girl. Or maybe, we would.
The tours begin a soft launch on May 1st before opening to the public in August. Advance purchase of tickets is required by booking online at www.screentours.com or by calling Zerve at (212) 209-3370.
Here at Jaunted, we've been doing our own Gossip Girl Tour since Episode 1. Check out where the cast and crew have been spotted.
