Where to Eat:
Chef Teage Ezard’s signature restaurant, the aptly named Ezard, serves bold dishes inspired by a variety of international cuisines ranging from Asian to French. Ezard receives raves for its modern décor and the ability to create unique dishes like the roast duck with green chilli and shallot sauce, stir fried silk melon garlic shoots and rice noodle rolls. Ezard is open daily but reservations are preferred.

What to See:
One of Melbourne’s most popular tourist attractions is also one of "Knowing’s" filming locations. St. Patrick’s Cathedral was designed by William Wardell and is regarded internationally as the finest ecclesiastical building in Australia and a pre-eminent example of the Gothic Revival style. The cathedral is open to the public everyday for touring and morning Mass.
