'Du hast die Wahl' in Munich

Where: Munich, Germany

On a layover at the Munich airport, you have a lot of choices. For example, you can sup on pasta at Piazza Monaco or drink your dinner in Airbräu beer. And when it comes to Internet access, you can drive your own vehicle on the information superhighway or arrange to borrow someone else's.

The "Internet point" in the Munich Airport Center at Franz Josef Strauss Airport advertises fast broadband connections on airport computers for €5 an hour. (If you only want to use Microsoft Office, it's €4 an hour -- what are you, a Luddite?) Elsewhere, use your T-Mobile account to pick up WiFi (we got it in Terminal 1).

Choosing to connect somewhere else? Tell us which international airport to choose next. (And don't hesitate to correct our German.)

More choices

if you have enough time its always a good idea to go to munich city center. Have a walk down the Maximilian Strasse for shopping or get yourself a Weisswurst at Viktualienmarkt.
