Katie Holmes Filming New Movie in NYC's Flatiron District Today

Ever since Katie�s run on Broadway ended last month, TomKat has been on the move. First, they were in L.A. for the Golden Globes where Tom presented. Then it was off to Berlin and London for the European Premieres of the Nazi flick, "Valkyrie". After a few days in Europe, they were back to L.A. for the SAG awards, this time, Kate presented.

Next, they were in Rio for a working vacation. While there, Tom and Kate attended another "Valkyrie" premiere and Suri spent some serious time on the beach. By Valentine's Day, the whole brood was at Disney World followed by a day of father-son bonding when Tom took Connor to the Daytona 500. It looks like the Cruise kids could take the Brangelina bunch any day in a competition over who has the most frequent flier miles.

But now, Katie is back in NYC and back to work on �The Extra Man�, an independent movie based on the novel by Jonathan Ames. Kevin Kline also stars as a failing playwright who ends up as an escort for rich widows. We�ve heard they may be filming in the Flatiron District of Manhattan around 20th and 6th today.
