Tweet Of The Week: Yankees Vs. Phillies, Zoo Edition
We love Tuesdays. Why, you ask? Because the day brings many travel tips and quips as "Travel Tuesday" on Twitter, and we're going to share our favorite with you. Got an avid travel twitterer we should follow? Let us know.
As we're sure at least everyone on the east coast of the United States knows, we're in the midst of the World Series between the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Yankees. Game six takes place tomorrow night at Yankee Stadium, but we're a little focused on today still, it being #traveltuesday on Twitter and all. But thanks to @FreeFunGuides, whose sole mission is to tweet about anything free, we know what we'll be doing if the Phillies win:
If the Phillies win the World Series, the Philadelphia Zoo will offer Free admission. Will the Bronx Zoo do the same?
If the Yanks ante up and offer free admission to the Bronx Zoo, then it's win-win for us, since we've been meaning to get to both zoos, and having them be free and upbeat from a World Series win makes it that much more attractive. C'mon, Yankees—you don't want us cheering for the Phillies, do you? Put the Bronx Zoo on the table!
