Speaking of Cora, she'll be the featured speaker at the Santa Barbara Conference & Visitors Bureau's October foodie series, "epicure.sb: a month to savor santa barbara." The Food Network's first female Iron Chef will talk about her career and her future plans during "In Conversation with Cat Cora" Oct. 12 at The Granada at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Once you've tested Cora's video recommendations in SB, you could thank her (or mock her) in person.
