Getting There: If you're looking for a last-minute flight, AirTran's got good deals to MIA going on (one-ways from New York from $89, Boson from $99, Seattle from $139 and a bunch more).
Where to Stay: The Festival has quite a few partner deals, although the hotels in South Beach itself aren't exactly super-discounted. If you're willing to stay a little further away, $189 for a room at the Doubletree Grand Biscayne Bay is a nice little deal.
Where to Eat (More): South Beach is quickly becoming as much of a restaurant town as New York or Vegas. (In fact, NYC and Vegas transplant eateries are showing up there all the time.) The latest is STK, the slick New York steakhouse that recently opened at the new Hotel Gansevoort. If you're looking to track down an after-hours Mario Batali and Tom Colicchio booze-fest, we'd say this is your best bet.
Chill Out: SoBe is not a destination for budget travelers, and walking along South Beach for even a minute will make anyone want to be a little bit richer. Pamper yourself for an hour and live the high life at Agua Spa, high up on the rooftop of the Delano Hotel. Even if you can only afford 30 minutes, there's no better way to feel like you belong.
