So we're definitely way excited to check out the fusion-y cuisine Radhika serves up at Between Boutique Café & Lounge next time we're in Chicago. The inventive dishes include a lobster trifecta (curried lobster bisque, macademia crusted lobster cakes, and lobster salad); crepes stuffed with manchego cheese, potatoes, brown butter, coconut and chutney; and butter-braised corn soup with bacon, cilantro, and truffle.
Now that sounds like the kind of Top Chef-winning food we wish we had seen more of from Radhika on the show. Oh well, she's running the kitchen at Between, not the dining room, so it's definitely on the agenda.
