It's a bad day to go day hiking in southern France, and that's no bull: 23 racing bulls are still at large near the town of Saint Remy de Provence after some 50 animals escaped from a nearby farm.
Helicopter searches and horseback riders were dispatched to find the missing of the herd, which although not bred for fighting are still capable of charging if angry. And really, why take the chance of a 440-pound animal getting angry? Better to just give it whatever it wants.
