Food & Wine says the weekend is a way to experience the magazine in 3-D. Rightfully so, the event is a like showing up at a high-brow 6-star luxury Sizzler, with a major amount of corporate schilling, too.
The actual event is sold out--at the cost of $1,050 per person--but that shouldn't stop you from showing up and attending all the side events. If you're feeling dashing, you can try to sneak into one of the numerous gala events that raise money for sustainable farming and other positive social and cultural efforts. If you're a Food Network groupie or celebrity chef star-fucker this is your mecca.
