David LaHuta is scouting the Miami dining scene for us this week.

Like with all good roundups, we've saved the best for last. That's not to say we haven't thoroughly enjoyed our culinary tour of Miami: There were savory Cuban sandwiches, affordable maki rolls, gourmet hot dogs and plates of goat stew.

For your final meal try something with a touch of romance and a killer view to boot. Head to Atrio--on the 25th floor of the Conrad Hotel, it's by far Miami's finest room with a view.

Located in the heart of Miami's Financial District, the Conrad Hotel oozes style--so it's not surprising that its signature restaurant is equally as chic. Start your evening at the bar where you'll marvel at the stunning water view, cocktail in hand, on its breezy outdoor patio. Among other sights you'll spot Fisher Island, Virginia Key and the dozens of boats that fill Biscayne Bay.

The restaurant's dining room is no less impressive. With dark wood furniture and accents of red, it features floor-to-ceiling views of the twinkling skyline below. Add to that a menu of Asian-inspired selections--like the Peruvian ceviche sushi roll or the "wok and roll" lobster--and it's perhaps the most romantic restaurant in all of Miami. Clearly we weren't the only ones who thought so: On a recent visit we saw one customer drop to one knee and propose.

Other favorites on the menu include a pan-seared citrus-salted ostrich loin--simply divine--and the rum and black pepper glazed filet mignon served with a chorizo sausage salad. Just be sure to bring your special someone. No doubt it'll be a night to remember.
