To say that Dogma Grill has an inventive menu wouldn't do it justice. These are gourmet tube steaks plain and simple. Located in Miami's culture-rich Biscayne Corridor, the hot dog stand has more than a dozen varieties to choose from: Classics like the Chicago, with yellow mustard, relish, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, sport peppers, pickle and celery salt; newcomers like the Athens, with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, kalamata olives and feta cheese; and bizarre combinations like the Tropicale with Dogma sauce, melted mozzerella, grilled bacon, pineapple and crushed potato chips.
Place your order at the take-out window and grab a seat at one of the cheery red and white tables on the patio. In no time your dog will be sitting in a poppy seed or whole-wheat bun--again, your choice--and you'll be washing it down with an ice-cold mint-infused lemonade.
But wait, you're a vegetarian? Skip the all-beef frank and order a veggie dog made with soybeans. At Dogma Grill, the options are endless.
