Housed in the super-stylish Catalina Hotel & Beach Club, Kung Fu Sushi was a welcome addition to the South Beach dining scene when it opened in November 2007. Not only does the restaurant feature colorful artwork from famed local artist Dave Lebo, but it's one of the few spots in Miami Beach where you can eat affordably: Tuna sashimi costs just $3, spicy tuna rolls are $6, and specialty rolls--like the Kung Fu Crunch, with crab and avocado topped with spicy tuna and tempura flakes--start at $10.

Did we mention that you can eat outside? Grab a hardwood table at the restaurant's mood-lit patio and watch well-dressed revelers (and a caravan of luxury cars) sweep through Collins Avenue.

When it's time to order more, try the Superman roll with yellowtail, salmon, scallions, carrot, cucumber and red and yellow tobiko or head straight for the entrees including wasabi encrusted salmon served with Asian veggies or the teriyaki skirt steak with sautéed bok choy. When you're done, linger at your table with a Japanese cherry blossom martini--after all, your night in South Beach is just getting started.
