BOYCOTT ARUBA!!

Forget Natalee Holloway. How dare you! Aruba is still covering up a murder of an American woman. In my opinion, Joran and the Kalpoe brothers killed her with Paulus aiding dumping her in the ocean. As Joran just stated-We dumped her in the ocean with a friend (Paulus?) and she may still have been alive.  There is so much corruption that we uncovered, that I would never want anyone to go there. Hope your child goes to Aruba and you find out how uneducated you are!!!

This article totally disgust me!!!  BOYCOTT ARUBA!! I, nor any member of my family will never visit Aruba!! Joran Van der Sloot, Paulus, and the two brothers are guilty!!!!  No justice for Natalee, no visitors for Aruba! Dang LG, that load of ** you call a book that Dave lost money on due to your unprofessional proofing is nothing but BS and you know it, you and Stephanie hoodwinked Dave & Robin early on, they won't let that happen again.
You only post your BS to try and keep the story on the front burner in hopes of actually selling a half dozen copy's of your straight to video movie about Natalee's disappearance, oh and that is all it is to date LG, a missing person case. No proof of anything more, not murder, not rape, not kidnapping, no corruption, no cover up, just a missing person.

Aruba a great place for a great vacation.

Oh and it looks like this site will be hit with a bunch of posts from members at that SM site who are all stuck on stupid.

Google Alert much?

Some people apparently still have "Natalee Holloway" on their Google Alerts. This is probably so they can pimp out their book or whatever type of Boycott Aruba agenda they have. Hey this is the internet, go nuts with that!

Still, Aruba has some great beaches and that shouldn't go overlooked.  And if every traveler boycotted a place where tourists were killed or died, no one would leave their houses ever again.

I am Canadian and would never consider Aruba as a destination - not because of Natalee (tragic as it is), but because I am not convinced that any crime against a tourist would be treated the same way as a crime against a tourist should be & would be treated elsewhere. Most places treasure their tourists and would come down very hard on anyone that may harm them or future tourists in any way.

Your comments have little basis in fact or reality.  Did you know that in the first year after Natalee's disappearance the island of Aruba spent 40% of its budget in Natalee's investigation?  This investigation has been active for nearly 3 years.  Can the same be said about the investigation of the brutal murders of the Ianaros in Mexico in 2006, or Rebecca Middleton in Bermuda in 1996 or Josh Iwasiuk in January, 2008 and countless other canadians killed in tropical tourist destinations.  Canadians still flock to Mexico and Bermuda, so why the hard on for Aruba with an enviable safety record when compared to others?

How much $$ do you think has been spent on the search for little Cedrica Provencher in Trois Rivieres, Quebec (missing for nearly one year).  The $$, manpower dedicated by Aruba to the Natalee case is above and beyond anything afforded any missing person in the US or Canada, EVER.  Kkate, before you plan your next trip to Mexico or to any US destination, you might want to consider Aruba instead and know that your safety is ensured.  Aruba's record speaks for itself in that regard.

Larry Garrison is another arm of Beth Holloway's propaganda machine.  There are no facts and certainly no evidence in support of much of what they publicize to the world.

Interesting comments that have followed, too.  All I have to say about the Natalee Holloway case is, if, God forbid, something were to happen to me or to someone I loved, I could only hope that the appropriate law enforcement agency would devote a fraction of the resources, expenses and priority to my case that the police on Aruba devoted to the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.   That investigation is still ongoing, by the way.  

It's hard to solve a case without even a single molecule of physical evidence and that is the hand that the Aruban investigators were dealt.  I have always believed that Natalee (and any evidence that may have once existed) was long gone out to sea before anyone even knew she was missing.

At the end of the day, Aruba is still a wonderful place to visit, with one of the most agreeable climates and some of the best beaches on the planet.  It is also a well developed, prosperous society with an enviably low crime rate.  I recommend it highly.

How so?

Joint Effort

Wasn't there collaboration with various bartenders, club owners, judiciaries, politicians and law enforcement personnel to stop evidence and eye witness testimony from outing, with regards to the murder of Natalee Holloway? What do you mean "Aruba's endured a bad rap for long enough"? Have they changed their behaviour, attitudes etc with respects to closing rank when an unsuspecting tourist is murdered, in cold blood?
