Due to not understanding the concept of a curling iron, LC scorches her designer dress and is forced to lie her way into a replacement; meanwhile, Whitney is bitter because she didn't get to do very much on the shoot or at the ball, a sentiment only heightened when bitchy editor Kimball criticizes her ability to be a "natural" gofer. And LC desperately searches for a rebondaire after she hears from Audrina that erstwhile fling Brody is making the rounds with his new girlfriend. Luckily there's a cute boy to drive her around on his motorcycle... but Paris can't last forever.
From the City of Light we also travel to the City of White -- specifically, Crested Butte, Colorado, home of the Montag compound. Heidi has called off her wedding with Spencer and gone home to rejuvenate, but sad, sad Spencer decides to come after her, despite the disapproving looks of Papa and Mama Montag. They share two awkward meals at Crested Butte's finest restaurant, the Timberline (201 Elk Avenue), but ultimately she asks him to move out of their apartment. Hey, no wonder the New York Times described her as "kind of a feminist hero." Even Heidi's scary face doesn't make us love this show any less.
