New Delta City Guide Kinda Sorta Useful-ish

Where: Paris, France

Flying between CVG and CDG for 18 years has given Delta FA Jim Close plenty of opportunity to explore Paris. So we were a little surprised that the best recommendations he could make in this new video were a visit the Eiffel Tower and a cruise on the Seine.

We're not sayin' those are bad ideas, but we'd appreciate something a bit more insider-y. Case in point: A tour of New York released a few months ago featured a trip to Flight 001 and a stop at M&J Trimming, a sort-of BeDazzling superstore in the Garment District.

Delta also has quick guides to Prague, Mumbai, LA, Chicago and Buenos Aires among other cities. For now, you can find 'em all on Delta's YouTube channel. Check 'em out before it turns into the Northwest YouTube channel!

something more insider-y

Since Delta disappointed you, here's a whole list of insider tips on free stuff to do and see in Paris, hot off the National Geographic Traveler (ok, I work there) website, from when you can get into the Louvre for free to where to go for free fashion shows to which bookstore serves free coffee and tea, and LOTS more:
