"Welcome Back"

November 17, 2008 at 5:41 PM | by | Comment (1)

The lovable scamps of Improv Everywhere have struck again, this time catching our eye with perhaps the ultimate travel luxury: Twenty "agents" took over a JFK baggage claim and welcomed home complete strangers.

With a huge banner, flowers and Mylar balloons, the spectacle was no small show. Not that we should be expecting small potatoes from IE: These are the same people that have organized stunts in Grand Central and a world-wide "MP3 Experiment."

argh

I'm on the Improv Everywhere mailing list (hello, no pants subway ride '08 what what) and I would have totally done this!!!! I suppose they are selective about their agents when it comes to small venues...like a baggage claim! You don't 800 volunteers showing up there.
