Celebrity Collision Travel: It Wasn't Britney's Fault

When we read Britney Spears was involved in a car accident, we thought, "Well, there goes the entire redemptive arc of her going to dad rehab, chilling with Mel Gibson and winning three Moon Men. Now why did we pay attention in the first place?" Well, color us corrected and deeply cynical: Britney didn't do it!

The pop princess was in the back of an Escalade reading magazines when a paparazzo rear-ended it. Her bodyguard was driving, so even if he hit the brakes a little too quickly, it still wasn't her fault. Repeat: Move along people, nothing to see here.
