Chasing Michigan: Christina Ricci Helps the Local Economy

As we mentioned in our first Chasing Michigan post, Christina Ricci has been filming "All's Faire in Love" at the Michigan Ren Fest in Holly, Michigan.

Last week, Christina was spotted buying cosmetics for the cast and crew at LUSH Cosmetics in Troy. According to the Detroit Free Press, she bought four gifts including LUSH's Hello Gorgeous. Gifts for the wrap party perhaps? From what we hear filming is just about complete.

In other celeb news, Cicely Tyson will be at Grand Valley State University tonight to narrate a film, "Up From the Bottoms: African American Migration to Muskegon, Michigan." The film will be distributed and shown in schools throughout the state.
