So this morning we needed to get online--for obvious reasons--and found the signal at our hotel to be on the fritz. The WiFi at Sundance HQ, the Park City Marriott, was also down. So even though we hate to be the Internet dorks clacking away in a coffee shop, we had no choice but to fire up the laptop at Java Cow.

Fortunately, Park City seems to be a little slow waking up today, and we didn't have to fight for table space. We snagged a muffin top--properly attributed to Seinfeld--and a coffee and settled in at a cow print table. To say this place is crazy about cattle might be understating the case.

The air ducts are mottled black and white, with vents painted pink to look like utters. (We know what you're thinking, and, yes, it is gross.) Even the tiled floor matches the cow aesthetic. And after 11 am, the ice cream parlor, in the same building, opens up. Lattes and ice cream: It's a moo juice bonanza.
