The Incredible Morphing Skyscraper

Remember how we mentioned that Dubai was busy building crazy new buildings that may or may not be useful? One of these is quite an amazing bit of architecture: David Fisher's spinning skyscraper.
OK, spinning is perhaps going too far, but this 68-floor hotel/apartment/office tower is designed so that each floor can rotate 360 degrees independently of the others. It even uses wind power to do it, and the result is that the building can morph constantly throughout the day.
Fisher promises you won't get dizzy--a revolution will take about 90 minutes, just like a full turn does at a half-decent revolving restaurant--and while some commentators are calling it eccentric and unnecessary, other cities are lining up to get one. Apparently nouveau-rich Moscow has put its hand up for the second morphing skyscraper, which should look really odd if it's constructed next to already-crazy-looking St Basil's Cathedral.
