Agreed!  When I flew the service was friendly and attentive, seats comfortable, and the food remarkably good for an airline.  Highly recommended.

We can only recommend this airlines to those who travel without child or infant because they can only provide 4 baby bassinet on board and they don't provide kids meal and goodies for toddler to make them busy dor the duration of the flight. In other words this is not a FAMILY FRIENDLY AIRLINES....

1st of all, Oasis HK do offer infant/children meals  inflight. You were just too lazy to order them fm their website in advance. 2nd, goodies for toddler? Why didn't U bring your own?  Hv U forgotten that this is still a LCC(Low Cost Carrier)? It's a bit ridiculous to try to use major/network carriers' amenities standard to measure against a LCC and then brand them as 'not a FAMILY FRIENDLY AIRLINES'.  If getting your kids free goodies anytime U wish inflight is the priority, then yes, may be Oasis HK(In fact, all LCCs) is not for U and U better stick with traveling with the major/network carriers and continue to pay twice the fare or more.  For me, I rather use the savings in fare to buy the best goodies for my kids to play with inflight and still hv enough surplus to buy some nice dutyfree goodies for myself.  Finally, what is this 'they can only provide 4 baby bassinet on board..' non-sense?  I hv never seen any airliner hv more than 6 installed onboard and having 2 more means an airline is FAMILY FRIENDLY?...Come on, give me a break!...  Also, if U're so concerned, Oasis HK offers advance assignment of any seat(Including those with baby bassinet) upon booking online.

The fact is that U can easily do worse with almost all other LCCs and even some major/network carriers.
